Housing Counseling

Overview

Housing counseling is provided in a series of client process steps and instructional and advocacy service that are tailored to the client’s individual needs and particular housing position.  FHP’s housing counseling program serves all of Allegheny County and we are a HUD approved housing counseling agency.  Additionally, our mortgage delinquency and tenant landlord counseling services are offered in six different neighboring counties and they are as follows: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, Westmoreland, and Fayette.
